Human Resources Manager Jobs description

A human resources manager is responsible for managing the HR personnel of a company or organization. The HR manager supervises the posting of job advertisements, screens resumes and applications, and sets up interviews. The HR manager contacts executive recruiters for specialized postings and ensures all records are maintained as well. He or she personally oversees the human resources department’s staff and addresses their issues and complaints.

The HR manager may award incentives to HR staff for extraordinary performance in the HR field. Additionally, the HR manager is responsible for implementing various HR strategies and operational plans. The HR manager directly reports to the chief executive officer. The HR manager also provides support to other managers with respect to HR issues and recruitment of new candidates.
