POSITION SUMMARY: 

Responsible for activations to identify, attract, assess and onboard the most senior leaders across PVH, ensuring that a strong pipeline of executive talent is identified and prepared for future opportunities at the company. This role will manage relationships with external search partners, oversee the executive assessment and onboarding process and conduct selective executive searches as a full-lifecycle recruiter.  The individual will work with the executive development team to identify talent for C-level succession planning, proactively engage potential enterprise leaders, and develop relationships with industry influencers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 

  • Drive executive recruiting strategy globally for SVP+ roles from initiation through offer negotiation in partnership with Global Total Rewards and HR Leaders
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams and HR Leadership team to develop executive talent forecasts
  • Build candidate networks/pipelines and create proactive recruiting engagement plans to deliver talent needed to deliver business strategies in partnership with business and HR leaders
  • Manage all search firm relationships, contracts and overall strategy on engaging with external recruiting partners; manage and track external spend to optimize cost
  • Directly source and recruit for select executive searches
  • Lead the use of assessments in the executive selection process
  • Build and manage the onboarding framework for executive level hires
  • Partner with the Executive Development team to facilitate internal talent movement when appropriate; understand the internal talent landscape to proactively identify internal candidates and help calibrate to the external market
  • Consult with key stakeholders on matters such as role design, regional/tax implications, immigration, etc. in partnership with Finance, Compensation, HR, Tax and Legal as appropriate
  • Manage and/or participate in special recruiting projects across the organization as needed

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience: 10+ years recruiting experience

        

Education:   B.S. degree

Skills:          

  • Excellent influence, communication, organizational, negotiation and presentation skills, including the ability to effectively influence senior executives
  • Exceptional skills in relationship management with senior executives and external search partners
  • Search firm experience; managing partnerships and leading processes
  • Sound knowledge of candidate selection methods and all HR processes (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, training, talent management etc.)
  • Team player with a high sense of urgency
  • Data tracking and management experience
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or Candidate Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Strong knowledge of candidate selection methods including selection assessment instruments
  • Ability to develop creative and diverse sourcing strategies including use of technology, research, and market mapping
