What We’re Looking For:
The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral part of the recruiting team and will support our fast paced, high volume recruiting department in all aspects of the recruiting process. The Recruiting Coordinator will be a partner to the Corporate Recruiters in identifying and facilitating efficiencies in the interview process. The Recruiting Coordinator will develop business acumen about both the recruiting process and how recruiting & hiring impacts 2U’s business.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Coordinate candidate interviews to include scheduling times for managers, coordinating conference rooms, scheduling travel/accommodation arrangements (when necessary), greeting candidates upon arrival
Review incoming applications, and partner with Recruiters and Sourcer to proactively source applicants
Schedule applicants for HR interviews with Corporate Recruiters
Post positions on careers page and job boards within tight timeframes
Partner with Corporate Recruiters to identify Recruiting systems redundancies and work with Recruiting leadership to streamline processes
Conduct reference checks and employment verifications
Manage the incoming messages to the
careers@2u.com
email address and incoming messages to the main 2U contact phone number
Assist with other recruiting tasks as needed
Things That Should Be In Your Background:
6 months of recruiting experience required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal relationship building skills
Experience working with applicant tracking systems required, experience administering applicant tracking system highly preferred
Must have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
