YOUR MISSION:
Zuora is looking for an experienced and energetic HRIS Analyst to tackle day-to-day HRIS operations, as well as help us bring Workday to the next level.
WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE
Troubleshoot issues and transform problems into solutions
Research and configure new functionality
Partner with global ZEO Success (HR) teams, Finance, and IT on requirements, testing, and change management
Maintain data integrity through audits, process improvements, and inbound loads
Contribute to our analytics capabilities through the improvement of ad hoc/standardized reporting and other projects
Be a power tester for configuration, security, and integration changes
Create documentation/training materials
Support the Global Rewards and HR Operations team with general system needs
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Passion for Workday, effective processes, data, and automation
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or equivalent practical experience
4 years HRIS, with at least 2 years using Workday
Workday Absence, Advanced Comp, and integrations are a plus
Comfort level in working with all levels in the organization including C-suite
A self-starter who is highly resourceful
