HR Program Manager
Location: South San Francisco, CA
(ONSITE)
Pay
: $40 , depending on experience
Job Responsibilities
In conjunction with the functional leader, define, scope, initiate and deliver core projects and programs, together with associated coordination.
Prepare and coordinate data, content and materials for core internal meetings
Conduct repeat and ad hoc data analysis to produce core metrics & KPI’s.
Initiate and drive the cadence for core programs and deliverables to support the Teams.
Contribute to operational excellence through ideas and initiatives which improve our service and ensure we work efficiently.
Build effective relationships with functional and business clients to proactively support client needs.
Assist with designing and implementing changes in processes, work design, team-based processes and/or organizational communications
Drive and manage employee engagement events, surveys and initiatives
Support the acquisition agenda and provide continued integration support as needed
Position Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Experience across various aspects of business functions including Human Resources
Excellent project management with strong delivery & execution focus
Analytical and problem-solving capability
Ability to structure, frame and design high quality business ready outputs via Powerpoint and Excel
Expert Excel and data analytical capabilities
Clear and well-structured communication capabilities
Resilience and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple priorities
Ability to manage a varied workload to achieve agreed deadlines without compromising quality or standards. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Confidentiality, integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information/situations in a professional manner
Ability to engage and influence without direct authority
