Salary range is $68,000 - $71,000 OverviewThe Human Resources Manager is primarily responsible for managing and maintaining the overall employment process for 15-20 hotels, consultation regarding employee relations concerns including FMLA and LOA, and administration for assigned hotels. This position works in the Fairfax office, must be able to effectively multi-task, prioritize, utilize, and enhance processes to accomplish objectives in alignment with broader business objectives. The Regional Human Resources Manager will report directly to the Regional Director of Human Resources. The role is based in our corporate office in Fairfax, Virginia. Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesnAble to make bi-annual property visits; Employee relations visits as warranted or assigned.nUnderstands and abides by all safety protocols. nWillingly embrace last-minute changes in direction and unexpected changes in the operational plan. nPerforms other duties as assigned. nMaintain positive relations with all hotels. nProvide Human Resource administrative support while ensuring effective communication with all assigned hotels.nCommunicate effectively both in the written word and orally.nHave knowledge of all job descriptions and SOPS.nProvide Employee Relations recommendations to property leadership as needed.nEffectively manage HR data to support hotel processing of complete timely and correct payrolls.nPost all property open positions and ensure updates are completed as positions are open and closed.nElectronically process new hire documents in accordance with CHRI policies, state and federal laws.nEnsure the property has the necessary tools, resources, and training to facilitate effective onboarding and benefits administration.nHave a working knowledge of outside sources for recruiting efforts to assist the property in filling open positions in a timely manner.nAssist with any other projects or requests as assigned by Corporate.nEnsure that all hourly employee and management reviews are completed thoroughly and in a timely manner.nEnsure proper execution of the AES and action planning process is implemented and executed. nConduct bi-annual property visits; one for compliance employee file audit.nEnsure properties are compliant with Crestline’s Human Resource Internal Controls.nUnderstand the hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four hours a day. In addition, this is a service-centric business, and a customer service-focused atmosphere must always be projected.n Education and ExperiencenBachelor’s Degree (Four Year College or University) preferred: High School degree required.nMinimum three years of progressive Human Resources experience.nMust possess proven computer skills, including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite.
