The HR Administrator provide administrative and processing support for the delivery of HR services at the location. They implement HR processes and actions.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide clerical support associated with preparing and filing HR documents, reports, performance indicators and correspondence.
Perform clerical duties associated with processing HR-related data and information, and archiving documentation.
Implement process improvements that ensure efficiency and accuracy in delivering HR services to the business.
Administer processes related to the individual contractor and OSP contractor management.
Help with organization and logistics of employee engagement, seniority, and recruitment events.
Ensure that HR services are delivered in a professional manner and at the highest business standards.
Previous experience and competencies:
Certification or degree in human resources, management or similar; or previous experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Experience in SAP
Excellent communication both verbal and written
Good computer skills.
Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in Canada, without sponsorship
