The HR Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and processing support for delivery of Human Resources (HR) services at the location, and for implementing HR processes and actions.
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide clerical support associated with preparing and filing HR documents, reports, performance indicators and correspondence.
Perform clerical duties associated with processing HR related data and information, and documentation archiving.
Implement process improvements to ensure efficiency and accuracy in the delivery of HR services to the business.
Administer processes related to Individual contractor and OSP contractor management.
Help with organization and logistics of employee engagement, seniority and recruitment events.
Ensure that HR services are delivered in a professional manner and at the highest business standards.
Maintain compliance with all state and federal applicable laws , update compliance postings as needed
Assist with onboarding process from beginning to end.
Ability to work overtime as required
Experience & Exposures:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant field, including HR, Compliance, Legal, or Investigations
Detail-oriented and organizational nature
Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
MS Office proficiency a must (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), PowerBI a plus
Experience working with SuccessFactors a plus
Associates degree or higher preferred; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus
Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship
