Benefits & Payroll Coordinator – Direct Hire
A stable company located in Barrington is seeking a Benefits & Payroll Coordinator
to join their team! Positive attitude, friendly and hardworking candidates only. This is a direct hire opportunity with excellent health benefits and pay up to $80K. Must work in office every day. This role is moving fast!

Compensation:
$55-80k (based on experience)
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the administration of all benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, FMLA, long-term disability, and 403(b) plan
Organize all open enrollment HRIS data
Provide details of the annual wellness initiatives to all staff enrolled in the group plan
Assist staff members with enrollment, eligibility, continuation, and claim questions
Provide benefits orientation for new staff members
Assist with the annual open enrollment process
Maintains Continuation enrollment and communication with eligible individuals
Distributes all benefits enrollment materials and determines eligibility
Communicates any changes to benefit deductions or adjustments to staff elections
Collaborate with Accounting, A/P and Asst. Controller related to billing, credits, and insurance payments
Job Requirements:
3 years of benefits coordinator experience
