Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies that deliver high caliber and diverse talent for current and future needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job profile and qualifications to ensure accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Assist with job postings and advertisement processes.
Proactively source and screen candidates while assessing applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills and experience.
Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interview debriefs with hiring managers and hiring teams.
Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
Provide a consistent and positive hiring manager and candidate experience.
Promote DFIN’s employer brand.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Attend and participate in virtual job fairs and networking events
Partner with affinity organizations to promote DFIN as an employer of choice and build diverse talent pipelines.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
2-5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience
Experience sourcing passive candidates via ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
Must have solid phone recruiting skills
Must have excellent internet research and sourcing skills
Able to stay organized while managing a high-volume requisition load
Drive, tenacity, flexibility, and confidence are keys to success
Enthusiasm, open-mindedness, integrity, and accuracy are required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Excellent customer service skills required
Ability to engage, excite and close candidates a must
