Profile

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter Stores is responsible for the recruitment of store management teams for all brands (**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Retail, **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Factory, and Madewell.In addition, the  recruiter is responsible for a number of strategic projects and initiatives aimed at providing additional recruitment tools and training to the stores. This position is a REMOTE role and will support the Midwest, Southwest and West Coast regions. 

 

Responsibilities

 

*Responsible for the sourcing and interviewing of store management candidates for all stores across all breands in their region.  *Facilitate the recruiting process, Develop relationships with leadership teams to ensure quality sourcing and profile clarity.  *Build relationships and foster open communication with hiring managers.  *Train and develop hiring managers on recruiting and interviewing skills and techniques.  *Strategic sourcing and networking in markets to develop talent pipeline for stores.  *Manage operational functions associated with the recruiting process.  *Partner with the Regional Director and District Managers to ensure and effective talent strategy. 
 

Qualifications and Experience

 

*BS/BA Degree or equivalent  *3-5 years store recruiting experience

*Extensive retail network  *Strong sense of urgency  *Excellent communication skills  *Independent and resourceful  *Ability to maintain confidentiality of information  *Ability to be flexible and operate in a continuously changing work environment  *Strong time management skills
