A great client of ours, in Grand Rapids, MI is looking for TA and Recruiting Manager to join their team!
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting and talent attraction processes
Develop staffing strategies from sourcing, screening, and hiring
Coach and mentor team of recruiters
Advise leadership on market trends and hiring needs
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (in business administration a plus)
8 years recruiting experience with 3 years in management
Experience working with 3rd party firms onsite
Ability to develop relationships with all-levels of candidates
Excellent project management skills with multiple projects
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
Familiar with video conferencing software
Ability to travel overnight and possibly internationally
Salary:
$110,000 – $140,000
