Job Overview
The HR Operations Specialist
will support the HR manager in delivering HR services and policies, adding value and supporting the delivery of the business strategy. This role is based in North Cork and is fully onsite for at least six months.
In this role you will:
Assist the HR Manager to embed and implement HR programmes, policies and practices across the business.
Project manage people and culture related projects
Liaise with hiring managers in the recruitment, selection and interviewing process.
Coordinate the graduate programme on site
Design, deliver and constantly improve the onboarding programme
Identify training needs, develop and implement appropriate learning interventions to meet specific needs of the business and enhance organisational capability.
Deal with ER issues and provide advice to managers
Collaborate with payroll in ensuring accuracy of TMS records and implementation of salary changes.
Ensure all HR administrative records are updated and maintained in line with GDPR
Provide weekly and monthly HR reporting.
What we are seeking:
Strong knowledge of employment law.
Experience of dealing with management and sometimes challenging individuals.
Strong collaborator and ability to build rapport quickly with key members of the management team
Experience assisting with HR projects.
Outstanding administrative skills.
A professional and commercial approach to HR.
Third level HR qualification
2 years HR experience at Generalist level
Access to a car and have a full drivers licence
