Job Description:The recruiters are being brought on for high volume recruitment. They will be recruiting for customer service positions (social media analysts) and call center reps. They typically already have a pipeline of individuals, so no real sourcing.They will need to reach out to candidates that applied through their postings.Making 25 to 30 outbound calls daily to schedule interviewThey are expected to have 16 interviews scheduled per dayUsing a script as a template, but expected to put their own twist on it based on the template givenQualifications:6 months recruiting experience OR HR grads About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
