Compensation:
$25-30/Hour (based on experience)
Hours:
Mon-Fri, 20-25 hours per week
Job Responsibilities:
you will assist the manager in overseeing the development and implementation of an HR program including, but not limited to, hiring processes, background checks, pre-employment physical, exams, workers’ compensation and staff training
distribute and explain all policies and procedures manuals to new employees
maintain and provide all employees with information regarding benefits including the enrollment of all plans (medical, dental, vison, FSA, pension etc)
maintains Human Resource Information System (HRIS) records and create any reports as needed
other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
strong knowledge of HR
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
