Addison Group’s client is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their team in Washington, DC! This position is currently remote.
Job Description:
Administer employee surveys, exit interviews, etc.
Strategically develop and manage our communications calendar
Support communications outreach
Provide primary support on employee relations and compliance issues
Provide performance and disciplinary updates to management
Provide guidance of policy interpretation and communicate policy updates
Deliver timely support to staff when needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR required
Knowledge of state and federal laws including ADA, EEO, Title VII, wage and hour laws
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
Must be highly organized
Must be a team player
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and in HRIS; experience with UltiPro is a plus
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
