REQUIREMENTS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
Must be a self-starter
Highly proactive and driven
Willing to consistently perform a GPA outbound activity to source clients and candidates
Must be coachable
A degree is preferred but not required
