Job Summary
The Fiscal & HR Analyst is responsible for coordinating and performing duties in processing, analysis, and documentation for Enrollment Services.
Key Responsibilities Performs and coordinates administrative tasks in support of the monthly operating budget and financial reports for Enrollment Services (ES).
Serves as primary resource to the ASM and ES leadership team in reviewing personnel expenses and procedure development.
Prepares, coordinates, and monitors to completion, work-order requests for Facilities (BBS), Telecom, Print Shop, Requisitions, in support of various projects/needs.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Ability to perform complex clerical and organizational tasks. Ability to successfully utilize software tools at a high-level including Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Project, PowerPoint and Access programs preferred. General knowledge of budget, personnel, and human resource matters to act as support to Budget and Personnel Coordinator. Ability to function, promote, and be successful in a team atmosphere - proven ability to be flexible, learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and work under demanding conditions. Ability to provide support to multiple managers utilizing time management, prioritizing and independent judgment skills with accuracy. Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures independently, and use judgement and discretion to act when precedents do not exist. Ability to troubleshoot most office administrative problems, research and gather information to respond to problems that arise in the related work areas. Ability to analyze operational and procedural problems, develop recommendations and evaluate proposed solutions. Ability to work with all staff and managers in ES department and display a strong customer service style approach. Ability to ensure operational integrity and continuity by maintaining detailed descriptions of responsibilities, ranging from daily tasks to strategic activities and outcomes, and makes them available to supervisor. Ability to ensure quality, usability, and integrity of system data by working within approved processes and testing procedures.

Ability to contribute to a positive university experience for each and every student, and assist in achieving the university's commitment to a vision of excellence.
Education and Experience
Equivalent to five years of administrative support experience required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The targeted salary may be set as high as $4,166 per month based on experience. The salary range for this classification is $3,352 to $5,639 per month.

Time Base
