What You'll Do
The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent customer service while assisting with the administration of all benefits programs and resolving day to day associate HR inquiries.
You're Good At:
Supporting associate benefits programs through internal communications, documentation, and enrollment assistance
Processing associate terminations, unemployment claims, and employment verification requests along with all necessary documentation
Compiling associate reports as requested
Facilitating associate participation in company programs
Organizing and maintaining associate files and all paperless documents
You're Also Good At:
Customer service
Communicating
Problem solving
Working autonomously
Microsoft Office
Performing under pressure
Using payroll/employee management systems (preferred)
Education & Experience
Education:
High School Diploma Required
Associates degree in HR or related field Preferred
Experience:
2-4 years of HR and/or benefits administration experience required
