Recruting Operations Associate
Location
: Mountain View, CA (HYBRID)
Pay
: depending on experience, $90k
DAY IN THE LIFE:
Lead the regional talent acquisition policy & process design to encourage best practice behaviors as well as compliance with legislation.
Work directly with leadership to determine the priorities and drive related programs and initiatives (Eg. Recruiting onboarding, pipeline diversity, candidate assessment, referral programs).
Communicate and implement process changes to a large dispersed workforce.
Stay up to date with recruiting best practices, understand developments in recruiting technology, and apply that knowledge to iterate processes for operational efficiency.
Experience in developing and implementing operational processes and capabilities to support successful scaling in a high-growth global organization;
Strong project management skills and operational rigor, with the ability to translate vision into action;
Excellent cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management;
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and navigate ambiguities autonomously.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree, preferred
5 years’ previous Human Resources and/or Recruiting experience
5 years in recruiting, including experience leading recruiting teams or recruitment operations.
3 years’ leadership and operational management experience
3 years’ experience in project management and business reporting and/or analytics
Experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver results
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
