Physician Recruiter - Business Development

Profile

This position will join a team of experienced physician recruiters who love their job! Responsibilities include sourcing physician applicants through industry databases, building relationships, and matching applicants to the best opportunities-- all while providing premier customer service to the candidates and physician partners. This position also involves developing and implementing strategic plans, evaluating trends and market analysis. Planning, coordinating, and attending various recruitment activities is a significant part of the job as well. Lastly, understanding and embracing the health system's vision, mission and culture is key to the success of this position.
Experience:
2 years experience with physician recruiting, network development or a similar role in hospital marketing or business development, or 5 years experience without degree
Education:
Bachelors degree or 5 years of experience without a degree
