The person will engage qualified top talent for various roles within the organization, with a focus on elevating the Company's employment brand. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist must demonstrate exceptional relationship building and customer service skills, as well as knowledge of the business and Company culture to establish the Talent Acquisition Team as a trusted business partner. You will be required to work closely with the Talent Acquisition Director, other **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. recruiters, recruiting assistants and hiring managers.Remote Opportunity Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources or related field requiredMinimum of 5 years’ experience in full life cycle recruitment (posting requisitions, sourcing candidates, assessing and selecting talent and negotiating offers).Minimum of 5 years’ experience sourcing active and passive candidates in a high-volume environment (Boolean searches, cold calling, networking with diversity/military organizations and employee referrals)Experience recruiting for a broad range of technical and professional exempt and non-exempt positionsHands-on experience in web-based applicant tracking systemsAbility to conduct behavioral interviews to determine fit within an organizationExcellent communication, interpersonal, and ability to influence decision-makingIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Knowledge of Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) Regulations specific to Applicant Tracking.Excellent oral and written communication skills;Excellent interpersonal, time management and organizational skills;Ability to work independently and outside of normal business hours on occasion to conduct candidate screening and sourcing.Ability to meet company talent acquisition needs and work collaboratively in a team environment;Experience supporting all company levels including Executive level leadership.Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other comparable recruiting tools.Experience recruiting cleared candidatesSome travel may be required for this position, including but not limited to off-site location you will support.Experience with supporting onsite job fair, networking events, community engagement events.Talent Acquisition/Recruiting experience in one or more of the following industries: Aerospace, Avionics, Cyber, DefenseExperience with IBM Kenexa BrassRing Talent Acquisition/Recruiting experience in the Rail industry#LI-DM1The Human Resources Division contributes to the strategic mission of the company by providing programs and services to increase organizational competitiveness and employee effectiveness and well being.
