The Recruiting Assistant will ensure high quality and timely administration of transactional and administrative recruiting processes. This position will work with all members of the HR team. Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalentMinimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Recruiting Specialist or another recruiting-related roleExperience with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)Experience scheduling interviews, managing the applicant paperwork, and providing excellent candidate experienceHands on experience in a web based ATS (such as IBM BrassRing/Kenexa) Experience maintaining the candidate database and handling any relevant paperwork.Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPointAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to succeed in a fast-paced environment.Great attention to detailOutstanding communication skillsProblem-solving abilityAbility to support both East and West coast staffing Experience with IBM Kenexa BrassRingThe Human Resources Division contributes to the strategic mission of the company by providing programs and services to increase organizational competitiveness and employee effectiveness and well being.
