**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., Inc. is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Handling all administrative task for the Vice President of Human ResourcesTimecard Administrator for HR and RecruitingLeave management for HR and RecruitingPerforming as HR Representative for our offsite locationsData Entry for Training and Development.Filing and collecting HR / Benefits Documents Processing all HR changes by collecting completed forms, getting correct approval signatures, ensuring data is complete and accurate, and HRIS data entryAssisting new hires and current employees with enrollment in the benefit Administration SystemAnswering questions about HR policies and procedures and referring to a specialist when neededResearching and keeping up to date on Compliance and Legal ChangesCompleting I-9 Verifications and E-VerifyOnboarding, offboarding, and other employee life cycle management processes Backup for new hire orientations when neededEntering Purchase Requisitions into the Accounting systemBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent; or equivalent education and experience Minimum 3 years of relevant experienceExperience with Onboarding Software, HR Management Software, and Employee Benefits SystemsCognos Reporting or similar report writing toolEffective oral and written communication skillsStrong analytical abilities and problem resolutionMust maintain a high degree of confidentialityStrong computer skills (proficiency with Microsoft Office)Excellent planning, time management, and decision-making skillsSome local travel is required for this position, including but not limited to off-site locations you will supportExperience with RedCarpet Onboarding SoftwareExperience with Deltek Costpoint HR Management SoftwareExperience with Web Benefits Design (WBD) Employee Benefits System or similar system#LI-DM1The Human Resources Division contributes to the strategic mission of the company by providing programs and services to increase organizational competitiveness and employee effectiveness and well being.
