HR Shared Services Assistant

Profile

Growing HR team for a global Healthcare company in Aurora is looking to add a HR Shared Services member to assist with data management, employee files and workflow process. Minimal HR experience needed, will train the right person. Pays $20/hr and full benefits at 60 days. Immediate interviews and hybrid work opportunity.
Job Duties:
This role supports the HR Shared Services team
First level of HR support for all employee data/files
Working with digital employee forms, transferring information in to shared folders, completing the workflow
Job Requirements: Working knowledge of HR: could be through a degree or 1-2 years of work/internship
Strong Excel and MS Office required: this role works in a few different systems and tech savvy is required
Needs high level of attention to details: any HR data, digital files or integration in experience
Bachelors Degree highly preferred, Associate's Required
