Addison Group’s client is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team in Washington DC! The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of HR experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. This contract position is currently remote but will be hybrid starting in January (2 days in office).
Job Description:
Report to the HR Director
HRIS administrative management
Manage benefits administration and open enrollment
Administer HR duties and tasks
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in benefits administration and HRIS administrative support
Passion for human welfare
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS
Experience with Paycom preferred
Bachelor’s degree
