Position Summary
The Sr. Lead, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for providing HR consulting and expertise to the Americas Corporate Direct to Consumer (DTC) organization (includes Regional e-commerce, Visual Merchandising, Store/DTC Operations, Real Estate, DTC Analytics, and Call Center) to support the organization’s mission, vision, values, and strategic and operational plans. The individual will partner with department leaders, the Dir, HR Business Partner, and HR talent to align Under Armour’s global Human Resources Strategies with business strategies in a fast-paced environment.
The Sr. Lead, HR Business Partner reports to the Director, HRBP - Americas Direct to Consumer, is ideally based in Baltimore, MD and is a member of the HR POD (includes HR Generalists, Teammate Relations, Talent Acquisition, and HR Coordinators).
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Partners closely with the Director, HRBP in the development and execution of a business-specific people strategy and tactics
Consults, coaches, and influences Sr. Directors and below in all aspects of the teammate lifecycle and drive team effectiveness across the different functions of the Product organization
Collaborate with HR Partners (i.e., HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, DEI, Learning and Development, Transformation Office, Total Rewards, HR Admin/Operations), legal, FP&A, and communications to effectively execute against the people strategy
Supports the strategic delivery of key HR practices for the DTC organization including workforce plans, engagement strategies, succession planning, diversity equity and inclusion best practices, talent acquisition, organizational design and effectiveness, training and development, performance management, and compensation and benefits
Support the Director, HRBP and department heads to effectively manage and lead change in the organization
Tracks performance against relevant HR data to drive continuous improvement across departments

Education And / Or Experience
Bachelor’s degree required
A proven track record of 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources or related experience
Prior experience working in a global matrix organization preferred
Previous retail and apparel industry experience a plus
Other Requirements
Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our global headquarters in Baltimore, MD
Work-Life Integration (WLI) Designation: Three (3) days a week in-office, the remainder of work week remote at home
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred
