*This is a temporary contract position and may be a hybrid role, working remote and in-office.   The office is located at 205 W. 39th St. NY, NY. 

A company laptop will be provided and sent to your home.  

Anticipated start date is 9/23/21   

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will contribute to the overall success of Calvin Klein’s Talent Acquisition department by providing a high level of customer service and maintaining quality throughout the full-cycle recruitment and hiring process. The Coordinator will provide administrative support to multiple recruiters, with a primary focus on scheduling interviews and managing job requisitions in the applicant system, Workday. In providing this support, the Coordinator will interact with candidates/ applicants, CK recruiters, hiring managers, executives and executive admins, in addition to other areas of the business and Human Resources as needed.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 

  • Schedule phone, virtual, and on-site interviews
  • Primary contact for routing requisitions, posting positions online, moving candidates through the process via Workday applicant tracking system
  • Maintain the integrity of correct applicant tracking in the system
  • Update and maintain the weekly Open Jobs Report
  • Maintain accurate headcount list of freelancers and act as the liaison between staffing agencies and hiring managers for scheduling interviews, as requested by the recruiters
  • Review online applicants, understand position requirements and support a constant candidate flow to the recruiter
  • Manage reference checks and other ad hoc administrative tasks, as requested

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 0-2 years of experience, preferably in a support, administrative, customer service position
  • Talent Acquisition or Human Resources experience is nice to have, not required

EDUCATION:   Bachelor’s Degree

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Maintain professional demeanor and discretion with respect to confidentiality at all times
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs; proactive approach and sense of urgency, a must
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Critical Thinking:  Use decisive reasoning to determine the best course of action in supporting multiple recruiters, multiple tasks. Proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment & able to make decisions and move forward in ambiguous situations.
  • Technical Skills: proficient in Excel and spreadsheets, databases and MS Office
  • Experience working in an applicant tracking system is nice to have such as Workday
