We are seeking a Touch-Up/Rework Assembler for a very important client.
Position Summary:
The Rework Assembler reports directly to the Manufacturing Manager and is responsible for reworking PCBAs and components as needed on printed circuit boards. The Rework Assembler may perform a variety of duties in accordance with their training, experience, and skills including, but not limited to:
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Review daily rework schedule with manufacturing supervisor
- Perform repair to PCBs based on daily schedule
- Validating material and required documentation for work orders
- May train new hires on SOPs, etc
- Other duties as assigned or needed

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Qualifications Required/Job Specifications:
To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Must be skilled at removing parts from PCBA and solder
- Must be skilled at hand soldering including jumper wires
- Possess 2 years of experience in a contract manufacturing environment
- Possess a High school diploma or GED equivalent and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Possess good communication skills in both verbal and written form
- Ability to read and understand work orders and manufacturing work instructions
- Ability to keep accurate documentation
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees
- Maintain courteous, professional and effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
- Ability to apply basic concepts of arithmetic
- Ability to use common sense to solve practical problems
