Most importantly, an HR supervisor must be able to train and supervise the work of others and work effectively as part of a group or team. He/she must be able to maintain effective working relationships with employees and provide excellent customer service. An HR supervisor must be able to deal with sensitive and confidential matters with the utmost discretion. He/she must be an independent worker, who can multi-task and perform complex technical work.
