The volunteering employees should represent diversified background and people who hail from different cities will have different needs. The needs of these employees should be addressed properly because in the long run, these employees have to handle crucial jobs.

Basically, a volunteer is a person who speaks first, who prepares the agenda, and who is ready to accept challenges when required. If you are ready to put on extra work in your organization you can be counted as a volunteer officer though in the short run you will get normal profits but in the long run your efforts will pay off.
