Interview is basically conducted to see how much the job candidate is eligible for that job. The interviews follow certain formats and patterns. Each organization follows different formats time to time depending upon the type of recruitments and the convenience of the job candidates.

The job candidates have to follow the pattern of the interview. The job candidates should abide by the rules and regulations of the job interview format and pattern. Discipline is very much required in any job interview.

There are certain aspects which can easily make your interview fail. Try to avoid such mistakes to get through the interview. Interviews are conducted in different manners. The job candidate should be wise enough to follow the interview manner. There is lot of understanding expected from the job candidates by the employers. If the employer do not get to see what he is expecting then that candidate might loose the chances of getting the job.



Proper behavior is required from both the sides to make the interview successful. Many a times the employers can also be responsible for the failure of a job interview. If an employer makes lots of disturbance or treats the candidate not as per the way then the candidate might get distracted which will lead to the failure of the interview. The employer should understand his job very well to make the interviews find the most suitable candidates. Sometimes the venue and the place where the interview is conducted can fail the interview. If there is no proper planning and infrastructure in the office, then they might create problem for both the parties which can also lead to the interview failure.

Other than this, the job candidate’s mistakes can also lead to failure. The employee should keep himself according to the present format of the interview. He should not interrupt the employer; he should not try to act too smart. Both the employer and the employee should go by the discipline.
