Office is both pressure and fun. We enjoy working in office. We develop good friendship and rapport with our colleagues and office mates. The office work puts pressure on its employees for the purpose of meeting organizational goals. The organizations also look for the betterment of employees in many ways besides paying them for their service.

The organizations should make it a point to give some change and refreshment to the office employee. The employees get bored with their routine work. The employees need some opportunity in order to freshen up their minds and work better. The organization should organize some parties. These parties should be purely for the social purposes. There should be social gatherings in such parties. The party should include the office staff and non-office people.
