POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Talent Development, the Coordinator is responsible for helping and carrying out the project, planning, and execution of Global Talent Development learning initiatives and compliance education for associates across the enterprise at all levels/roles.

The position’s primary responsibility is to support Talent Development compliance and learning technology initiatives including, but not limited to, design, development, implementation, tracking and reporting of designated training programs. This position will work closely with key stakeholders across the organization including the PVH Legal team.

The secondary responsibility of this position is supporting the PVH U team to prepare physical/virtual rooms and materials, serve as an administrator for talent Enterprise Learning systems and platforms, manage class enrollment, evaluations, collect and track performance metrics, support project management and communication, process third-party contracts and invoices, and other duties as assigned.     

The role offers the opportunity to contribute to Talent initiatives with a global reach and includes collaboration with leadership and Talent Partners across the globe through initiatives like the Digital Learning Champions.

The ideal candidate will take an enterprise-wide mindset to their work, will develop relevant and engaging learning solutions, and will build productive and collaborative relationships across the company. They will structure solutions that build and enhance the end user experience and place an emphasis on achieving PVH’s strategic priorities by leveraging talent expertise.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Compliance Programs

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders within and beyond the organization to develop training content for PVH compliance learning programs
  • Work with Talent Development to ensure all training/learning content is provided in a compelling and user-friendly way
  • Upload and test content for PVH compliance courses via Workday Learning.
  • Support program deployment by effective project planning, meeting with key stakeholder, and reporting
  • Setup and manage user course enrollments, scheduling, logistics, and notifications, as assigned, for physical, virtual, and digital courses
  • Update and manage compliance documentation including PVH Core Policy Certifications
  • Actively promote interest and engagement via communications, internal updates, intranet for compliance programs
  • Recommend process and technology improvements related to role
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including invoice processing, updating and maintaining team SharePoint/collaborative site(s)

PVH U Support

  • Support the logistics of the PVH U learner experience:
    • Manage logistics, including learner registration, calendar, course selection, facilitator preparation
    • Help draft regional/global communications and campaigns across a variety of channels to drive engagement (new content launch, academy updates, learning sprints, etc.)
    • Maintain PVH U inboxes & customer care
    • Leverage global learning technologies & communication platforms
  • Aid in the training of Learning Administrators and Digital Learning Champions in the use of relevant technologies (authoring tools, content management, Workday Learning)
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues escalated by end-users in line with pre-determined SLAs
  • Provide support to the team, including invoice processing, updating and maintaining team SharePoint/collaborative site(s)
  • Provide reporting as assigned
  • Support PVH U team to create, coordinate, report and complete other general administrative needs as required

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:          

  • 1+ years of experience in coordinating events and/or training activities, preferred
  • 2+ years of experience using and supporting Learning Management Systems, preferably Workday Learning
  • Providing project support on multiple projects/initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Survey design and delivery
  • Data analysis, reporting and summarizing data for key stakeholders
  • Proven ability to deliver high quality work on time
  • Developing and maintaining internal/external relationships

Education:            

  • College degree preferred.

Skills:                   

  • LMS or LXP administration
  • Some experience with database use
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism in an environment where change is constant
  • Very detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Survey Monkey or similar survey creation tool
  • Customer service skills (dealing with internal clients and external vendors)
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint,  OneNote, Outlook, etc.
