Position Summary:
The Sr. Coordinator, Learning & Development is responsible for creating and supporting field-based learning and development initiatives. The role acts as a brand ambassador between the Store Operations department and the field to support the customer and associate experiences.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The Job:
Support the development of training materials that drive organizational performance and support, educate, and invest in our field team.
Design engaging content for video, social, and print collateral that drives associate engagement.
Support e-learning instructional design and development.
Administrate the Learning Management System.
Create product knowledge materials and videos in partnership with the Merchandising department.
Attend store visits and collect feedback to identify areas of opportunity, recommend solutions.
Coordinate training sessions and field meetings.
Support the training effort for select operational projects.
Ability to travel up to 10%.
DECISION MAKING:
Make independent decisions on associate engagement video, social, and print content that field teams engage on a weekly basis.
Ability to collaborate with all business partners to create effective training content.
RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY:
Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously with adherence to deadlines.
Detail oriented/innovative traits are necessary.
Ability to take direction and execute promptly.
Strong interpersonal relation skills; ability to relate to all levels of employees.

Qualifications & Experience
Developing level of knowledge & skills
2-5 Years of related experience
Education:
Bachelor Degree Required
Knowledge/Skills Required (Please indicate if there is specific knowledge required to do this job, for example: computer technology, platform or language; specific area of expertise or licensing/certification, problem solving, analytical skills, effectively working with all levels, etc.):
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
InDesign and/or Photoshop experience
E-learning authoring tool experience (Captivate, Storyline, etc.)
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Video filming and editing experience preferred
In-store experience preferred
The Sr. Coordinator, Learning & Development works with merchandising teams on product knowledge videos. This requires providing best practices, influencing scripts, and providing real-time feedback on content and performance.
