SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...
Manage and administer U.S. benefit programs, vendors, and policies, as they relate to health and welfare, 401k, and leaves of absence.
Ensures compliance with all applicable mandatory and statutory regulations for all US benefit programs and policies.
Establish relationships with vendors, brokers, consultants and internal resources to ensure that benefit plans are compliant, competitive and cost-effective.
Manage vendor performance in relation to established customer service measures and ensuring vendor performance is aligned with company expectations.
Partner with HRIT, Payroll, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely integration file specification, testing and delivery, as well as find opportunities for automation and efficiency.
Acts as project manager for major benefit projects (i.e. Open Enrollment, program and system implementations and upgrades).
Perform tasks related to the maintenance of program eligibility, enrollment, billing, invoice creating/processing and tracking expenses to budget.
Provide U.S. Benefits subject matter expert support to the management team and other HR Business Partners and deliver outstanding customer service to employees and managers.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE…
BS or BA or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
8 - 10 years of relevant benefits experience
Strong program and vendor management experience
Experience with project management and cross-functional work
Demonstrable partnership, influencing skills, and management-to-employee level communication skills
A passion and belief in customer-first mindset, with demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and solve complex problems with critical thinking
Ability to develop and convey meaningful and relevant benefits communications that educate and engage the audience
Able and driven to find ways to improve programs and processes
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Extensive knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements
Demonstrates strong initiative and ability to work in ambiguous environments
Must have experience in a fast-paced, high growth environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets)
Experience with Workday HRIS System and applications integrations is a plus
