Amgen is seeking talented Human Resources Professionals with a broad variety of HR experience in client-facing and/or Center of Excellence (COE) roles with large, multi-national companies. The HR Senior Associate and Organizational Effectiveness Lead R&D will work directly with the Vice President of HR supporting the same broad, Amgen team (i.e., EVP of R&D David Reese, four SVPs and the entire 4,300 person global organization). This role will work closely with the other R&D HR Business Partners to drive business and HR process maximization.
Key responsibilities include:
Basic Qualifications
Masters degree
OR
Bachelors degree and 2 years of Human Resources experience
OR
Associates degree and 6 years of Human Resources experience
OR
High school diploma / GED and 8 years of Human Resources experience
