This person will directly support the other human resources leaders including talent acquisition with data integrity, auditing, and reporting; hiring, E-Verify, background checks and candidate offers. Additional responsibilities will include payroll administration, colleague experience recognition/celebrations and event planning and execution, new hire onboarding preparation and facilitation, and internal colleague communication. Responding to colleague inquiries by phone, email, texts or walk-ins, and other special projects as needed. Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a welcoming and engaging personality are a must. The HR Coordinator will represent the HR team and Hyatt brand in a friendly and positive manner in all interactions. This individual will manage multiple competing priorities and must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Requires fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Applications, HR Information Systems, and the ability to maintain an Applicant Tracking System.
