IBKR is looking for a Chief People Officer (CPO). This is a new role that will unify all HR functions across our growing global organization. The ideal candidate will have experience leading the development and execution of best-in-class human resource strategies to support the overall business plan. This role will align the organization, specifically in the areas of talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, learning and development, and compensation and benefits. IBKR is the gateway to the international financial markets for millions of clients— and the new CPO role enables a forward-thinking leader the opportunity to partner with top level global leaders and staff. Working alongside the CEO and senior executive team, the CPO will bring a thoughtful and innovative approach to our people-agenda and fuel our continued growth and expansion.
Key Duties and Initiatives:
Articulate and clarify the HR vision to senior management and other stakeholders and function as a strategic advisor on key organizational and management issues.
Champion core company values and culture that foster a positive, connected, engaged workplace poised for growth.
Oversee HR departments and develop strategies and policies that promote sustainable growth and support the company's mission.
Develop comprehensive recruiting and retention plans to meet the global human capital requirements including communicating the IBKR employer brand, designing a people experience from initial application to hiring, effective onboarding, and engagement throughout the employee lifecycle.
Provide overall leadership and guidance to a global HR team of over 40 who ensure that the talent acquisition, career development, retention, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefit functions are optimized.
Develop and implement comprehensive recognition and total rewards plans that attract the best-and-brightest and result in stellar employee retention rates.
Act as a leader and champion for our DEI initiatives.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Education and Experience:
At least 15 years of HR experience and demonstrated executive HR leadership with an international organization— preferably in the Finance or Technology industries.
Bachelor’s degree required and master’s degree strongly preferred.
Experience with HR software such as ADP, Greenhouse, ServiceNow, and Microsoft suite.
