Duties
Perform data entry, track resumes,
and maintain the resume database
Schedule and coordinate interviews
with candidates and vendors including providing confirmations and directions
Perform and track background
and reference checks
Receive and track new hire,
vendor, and requisition metrics
Assist Recruiter with managing
job postings and responses
Provide general administrative
support to the Recruiting team
Required
Minimum 1 year prior recruiting
assistant experience
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of Recruiting and
HR concepts and policies and procedures
Proficient in MS Outlook, Word,
and Excel
