The global Talent Development team believes in a people-first culture. POSITION SUMMARY: 

Reporting to the Director of Global Talent Development, the Program Manager is responsible for leading the project planning and execution in the content development, design, and running the execution of the Supply Academy across the organization. They ensure that all programming, procedures, processes are in compliance with regional/global standards and policies.

The position’s primary responsibility is to launch and maintain programming that focuses on inducting associates to Supply at PVH and builds the capabilities of new and existing associates at all level/roles during a time of unprecedented company transformation. The Manager will work closely with the Supply VP HR & Talent, global Supply leaders, regional TD partners, HR business partners, and SMEs to identify essential skills needed to prepare Supply associates for the future of work.

The ideal candidate will take an enterprise-wide mindset to their work, will develop relevant and engaging learning solutions, and will build productive and collaborative relationships across the company. They will structure solutions that build and enhance the end user experience and place an emphasis on achieving PVH’s strategic priorities by leveraging talent expertise.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 

  • Manage the design, development and execution of Supply Academy onboarding and learning solutions for development aligned to the Supply Chain strategies
  • Partner with the Director, Supply VP HR & Talent, key business and Supply stakeholders to understand global/regional onboarding and upskilling needs and co-create appropriate learning solutions for all levels of leadership and the evolving landscape (e.g. value chain of the future, digital transformation, etc.)
  • Facilitate focus groups and/or stakeholder interviews to identify learning and development needs; analyze results and outline customized programs and/or training to address those needs
  • Collaborate with Supply Stakeholders in driving engagement with PVH University and a learning culture:
    • Source and select key external partners to deliver engaging content that drive the future skills needed in the industry and Supply function
    • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate value of Academy content/programming
    • Use data to educate and facilitate decision making
  • Support the logistics of the Supply Academy learner experience:
    • Manage logistics, including learner registration, calendar, course selection, facilitator preparation
    • Draft communications and campaigns to drive engagement (new content launch, academy updates, etc.)
    • Manage Supply Academy inbox & customer care
    • Leverage global learning technologies & communication platforms
  • Create unique, robust and effective learning paths for global talent in support of on-going development
  • Lead established Supply Ambassador Program as an engagement approach to align broad community across regions/globe
  • Develop and maintain various guides, materials and presentations for a variety of audiences (e.g. updates for Director, proposals for Supply leaders, etc.)
  • Lead engaging and interactive in-person/virtual training and workshops as needed
  • Manage the collection and analysis of data to evaluate effectiveness of solutions/programs, communicate insights, and recommend actions to drive continuous improvement across regions/globe
  • Outline budget requests for Supply specific content creation needs
  • Support ad hoc short- and long-term talent strategy projects to meet current and future business needs
  • 10-15% travel required to domestic and international PVH offices and to field meetings or offsite events (based on travel policies)

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

  • 5+ years in L&D, talent management, or talent development
  • Experience working cross-culturally with varied colleagues in global environment
  • Developing and maintaining internal/external relationships
  • Experience successfully operating in a matrixed (brands, regions, functions) global work environment
  • Experience managing complex projects and with designing and managing various talent development initiatives.
  • Data analysis, reporting and summarizing data for key stakeholders
  • Developing ILT, vILT, elearning, and microlearning strongly preferred
  • Managing workflows for self and others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working in a business function and/or in business operations a plus
  • Experience with LMS and/or learning platform a plus
  • Experience in consulting or advising a plus

Education:   College degree or comparable experience

  • Ability to understand the potential impact of new technologies in retail industry, the business, and Supply Chain
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
