The Los Angeles office of JMBM seeks an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join our Tax, Trusts & Estates department. The Corporate Paralegal creates organizational and dissolution documents for corporations (including non-profit corporations), LLCs and partnerships, and related documents. Experience with formation, merger, and dissolution of corporations, non-profit corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships is required. Responsibilities also include drafting governing documents such as bylaws and operating agreements, preparing annual corporate maintenance, and drafting shareholder and Board of Director minutes. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience as a corporate paralegal in a law firm or the equivalent. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and paralegal certification from an ABA approved program are required.

The Los Angeles office of JMBM seeks an experienced Trusts and Estates Paralegal to join our Tax, Trusts & Estates department. The paralegal will be responsible for drafting estate planning documents and handling all aspects of trust administration, at the direction of the Tax attorneys.
