I'm recruiting for a Human Resources Director with extensive HR / Manufacturing experience in CA - $125-$130K (M-F)
If you are self-driven and results oriented with a demonstrated history of working with all levels of an organization from C-suite to frontline employees. Skilled in People, Customer Service, Payroll, Legal Compliance, and On-boarding. Strong human resources, employee relations background paired with Payroll and CA labor laws. Apply today!
REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration - Human Resources concentration
8 years' HR management
Experience with employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations
Experience in Manufacturing
Knowledge of California and federal employment and payroll laws
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
