The Director of Recruiting and Professional Development is charged with implementing and executing the Firm's attorney recruiting strategies and programs. This includes working with the Lateral Hiring Committee and the partner in charge of lateral hiring for the effective and efficient delivery and coordination of all aspects of lateral partner, associate, and summer associate hiring and integration functions. The role requires superior knowledge of the principles and practices of recruiting and the legal search process, a positive and collaborative personality, and a strong dedication to and sense of responsibility for the Firm's hiring needs. This role presents a rewarding and unique opportunity to bring a fresh outlook to the existing recruiting program. The Firm's collaborative and supportive environment encourages progress and innovation to meet the Firm's challenges in a legal industry that is constantly changing.
