The Position

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays an integral in role supporting the recruiting function and contributes to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the recruiting process. This position facilitates administrative support for the Talent Acquisition team including: Scheduling, managing our recruiting software/database, and supporting additional Talent Acquisition projects including social recruiting, metrics reporting, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key member of the TA team and provide support to the Recruiters and overall TA function via several activities, which may include (but are not limited to):
  • Managing all interview scheduling activities across multiple functional areas that sit in the building including Supply, Creative Services, Communications, Talent Management, Licensing etc.
  • Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers with calendar management and interview schedules, including coordinating conference rooms and escorting candidates.
  • Developing relationships with internal administrative staff to facilitate effective interview scheduling and planning.
  • Assisting in the candidate sourcing process, including screening resumes.
  • Collaborating with HR Coordinators to resolve and assist with employee inquiries.
  • Ensuring the completion and accuracy of all pre-employment processes and forms, including submission of background checks and references.
  • Organizing team meetings, trainings and events
  • Supporting the TA Operations Lead with projects, campaigns or events
  • Monitors the candidate experience by creating surveys, analyzing data and recommending improvements
  • Partnering with HR Operations and Associate Experience team to ensure an excellent candidate experience

Qualifications:

  • The Talent Acquisition Coordinator must be a strong communicator, positive, energetic, and a team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • 1-2 years of relevant administrative and customer service experience ideally within a TA or HR environment
  • High attention to detail, good with data
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills; able to prioritize
  • Ability to follow through and consistently meet deadlines, and work against ambitious KPIs and SLAs
  • Ability to multitask, and work effectively and efficiently, taking full ownership of tasks and responsibilities, some ad hoc
  • Must possess the ability to deliver information on ‘difficult’ / sensitive subjects
  • Experience with recruitment tools and ATS systems
  • Strong Excel skills
