POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Manager, Inclusion & Diversity is responsible for implementing and supporting the execution of PVH’s Inclusion & Diversity strategy including: communications, relationship management of external partnerships, business resource groups and project management. This role will have significant interaction and collaboration with cross-functional teams including Human Resources, Communications, Corporate Responsibility, Legal and associates at all levels. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Leverage best practices in inclusion, diversity & equity to support the execution of PVH’s I&D strategy with a focus on cultivating a culture of inclusion, diversity and equity for all to build a better workplace, drive innovation in the marketplace and create a positive impact on society.
  • Build strong relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders to support key initiatives.
  • Provide centralized project management for cross-functional I&D initiatives.
  • Support the development of an I&D dashboard and review metrics regularly to highlight progress and identify opportunities.
  • Consolidate, analyze and measure I&D results (PVH Listens Survey, Global Associate I&D Survey, I&D Index, Affirmative Action plans, diversity metrics and talent practices)
  • Identify, develop, and foster relationships with relevant external organizations, thought leaders, partners, and vendors to inform strategic actions.
  • Be a thoughtful partner for the business, analyzing diversity pledge invitations and making recommendations for participation.
  • Support the application process for external recognition awards and benchmarking surveys, socializing results and creating action plans for improvement.
  • Expand focus of external partnerships to help achieve I&D priorities (i.e. support TA strategy for diversity – veterans, LGBTQ, women, non-profits global and local partnerships)
  • Oversee development and management of a centralized calendar of global I&D events, communications and cultural celebrations.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:    

EXPERIENCE:

  • 6+ years of professional experience including 3 years leading inclusion, diversity & equity initiatives.
  • Subject matter expertise in diversity, equity and inclusion is required and global experience is preferred
  • Demonstrated success in creating strategic plans and proven ability to deliver and sustain results.
  • Have managed cross-functional programs and/or initiatives.
  • Experience creating presentations/briefings for all audiences through executive leaders.
  • Experience managing complex projects and designing and managing various I&D initiatives.
  • Experience interpreting various data and synthesizing to ensure audience understanding.

EDUCATION:

Advanced degree in Human Resources. Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Organizational Development or related field preferred. I&D Certifications desirable.

  • Strong organization, analysis, planning and project management skills.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong PC skills.
