Job Description
The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Administrator will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, overseeing, and optimizing IBKR’s existing HRIS applications and modules as well as the implementation of new HR products. Act as an HR implementation specialist for ServiceNow.
The HRIS Administrator will design and maintain the HRIS in support of the organizations data management and reporting needs handling personal and confidential HR data. They will build reports, ad hoc queries, and deliverables for HR and other departments as needed. Provide data summaries or statistical analysis for use in strategic planning or decision-making.
They will ensure accuracy and integrity of organizational data within the HRIS and follow established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data. Prepares end-user documentation or training materials as needed.
Responsibilities
HRIS Support
Provide support for existing HRIS systems and processes including delivering guidance and training materials to users, troubleshooting, corrections, testing, reporting, and data maintenance
Act as the main point of contact for current HRIS system and ServiceNow platform administration, monitoring, maintenance, and support including troubleshooting and testing of configuration changes
Oversee the optimal function of the HRIS, which may include installation, customization, development, and upgrade to existing applications, systems, and modules
Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements and manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users
Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and vendors for all systems and interface matters to identify any potential fixes, new requirements, and enhancements; recommend and implement solutions
HRIS Reporting
Program custom functions and create supporting documentation for automated queries, filters, macros, and reports such as turnover, headcount, average salary, etc. Assist with creation of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives, managers, and HR staff
Utilize analytical and technical skills for translating and analyzing business needs into requirements, driving projects, and delivering effective results, while providing value-added solutions that can replace manual processes
Communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology
Ability to maintain high degree confidentiality and discretion when performing daily tasks
Requirements
Required:
Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in an HRIS support role(s)
Implementation experience with HR products as a lead required
Detailed understanding of HR processes, policies, and procedures
Preferred:
Experience with ServiceNow a plus
Project management experience a plus
Experience with of ADP a plus
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field required
Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications: Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
