JOB SUMMARYThe HR Project Administrator supports the implementation and evaluation of Talent and Learning strategies, programs, and processes within the Product & Technology organization. This position, reporting to the Dir, OE/LD, will assist in the execution and program evaluation of key organizational initiatives such as Talent Planning, Performance Management, Leadership Development Programs, the Product & Technology Intern Program, and the annual Employee Insights Survey. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.Provides support on a portfolio of Human Resources projects and programs spanning the Product & Technology business unit including but not limited to Talent Planning, Performance Management, and Leadership Development. Coordinates and works with internal COE partners and external vendors to organize the various components needed to initiate, run, and conclude major projects and initiatives.Assists in the planning process for initiatives as well as tracks progress, program feedback, and results for Product & Technology Talent and Learning initiatives. Serves as a resource to HRBPs throughout various initiatives and processes, and assists in collecting program feedback from the team. Coordinates invoicing for the Product & Technology Leadership Development Programs. Coordinates schedules, activities and administrative details, assists in purchasing, procurement and maintenance agreements, and places orders for services. Perform other duties as required.
