The PVH HR function is responsible for creating competitive and “uniquely PVH” Pay, Benefits, Talent Management, Learning, I&D and Associate Experience programs that enable us to attract, retain and engage top talent. The primary role of the VP, People Strategy & Planning is to partner with the HR Leadership Team (HRLT) - COE and business-facing HR leaders - to translate business strategies into HR priorities that are aligned with PVH’s vision. The role will help shape the initiatives around people and processes, which will be delivered as part of a multi-year HR roadmap. As we continue to evolve HR's global operating model, including the design of our future state organization and the roadmap to get there, this role will lead this work and manage the HR portfolio of programs and their delivery.
The VP, People Strategy & Planning role will support the Chief People Officer (CPO) by managing the day-to-day deliverables of strategy, prioritization and planning, as well as functional and team communications. This role will act as a “Chief of Staff” and partner closely with the HRLT and Internal Communications teams to ensure strong program management of all core organizational and talent practices led by the HR function. This role will have at least one direct report to support the planning process for HR.

Strategy & Planning
The VP, People Strategy & Planning plays a unique and confidential role in supporting the CPO in the development, communication and delivery of the HR strategy and roadmap, grounded in PVH strategy. This role also supports business and strategic planning, develops insights, articulates program value, and helps drive sustained adoption of our people practices and programs, with a focus on the associate as our consumer. Specifically, this individual will:
Functional & Team Communications
This role will partner closely with the Internal Communications team to articulate the CPO’s vision, mission, strategy and tactical expectations through communication channels and events reaching her leadership team, the broader HR organization and critical internal partners and stakeholders.
Support the development and use of the HR “leadership voice” and support external speaking and conference presentations for the CPO in partnership with Internal Communications
