Specialist, Talent Acquisition
EVO Payments Talent Acquisition team is growing rapidly. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are in the details of recruiting making sure that both our manager and candidate experience is fantastic. Your focus is on scheduling, offer letter management, candidate follow-up, weekly business reporting and posting jobs. All of which are critical components of our team.
What You Are Good At:
Cultivate relationships with candidates, following up with all inquiries while developing EVO Payments presence and positive experiences.
Confirm all job postings are on all approved job sites and manage expiration dates.
Create and obtain approval for all new job requisitions.
Collect and organize new hire offer, start and related data so we can effectively report to business leaders on a weekly basis.
Have the ability to coordinate employee start dates and report to business leader's weekly metrics provided by the TA team.
Manage logistics (planning, correspondence, execution) of the recruiting process from marketing and events planning, through screening, interviewing and conversion, including conversion.
Support offer letter creation and background check process.
Help coordinate the local recruiting process for all office locations.
Support and play a role in our virtual and onsite job fairs.
Help us execute our candidate marketing activities, via social media, career sites, military basis and other resources.
Ensure recruiting records, global database, and recruiter metrics are up to date and accurate.
Use the database and other tools to manage data and generate correspondence, reports, interview and event invitations.
Play a role in strategic talent acquisition projects.
Have a desire to grow into becoming a recruiter.
About You:
Bachelor's degree required
1-3 years of experience that requires customer interface, follow up and working within a process.
Has a strong knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products.
Is social media savvy.
Is well organized, and can help us execute and manage virtual and onsite job fairs.
High customer service and relationship orientation - strong interpersonal and communication skills, highly responsive, want to deliver great results at all times, able to develop effective working relationships with colleagues across the organization and candidates.
Excellent time and project management skills. You have clear systems and composure to deal with multiple tasks at once, with a great attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when under pressure.
Organizational skills to assist with all the behind-the-scenes magic while providing creative solutions, driving our high-level customer service, and positively impacting our recruiting efforts.
A strong intellectual curiosity. You're a creative thinker, interested in the bigger picture, always looking to solve problems.
Self-motivated and trustworthy. You take initiative and are able to work independently, exercising judgment in managing confidential/sensitive information.
Ability to work overtime during peak recruiting periods.
Strong computer and database skills: Outlook, Word, Excel (preferred), and PowerPoint.
